Payment Information
A certified copy of a Commercial Vehicle Operator Registration Driver Abstract is typically used for legal purposes. It has an official seal endorsed by the ministry.
If you request a CVOR Driver Abstract with a Licence Number that is NOT in the Ministry of Transportation records, you will receive a PDF document indicating that the item was not found and you will be charged the full price for this abstract.
The cost for each CVOR driver abstract ordered online is $25.00 CAD. No credit card information is sent to or stored on this site. Payment may be provided by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal.
NOTE: Copies of the CVOR Abstract(s) will NOT be mailed to you

Delivery Information
After payment you will receive the driver record at the email address you provided as a PDF document and can be saved and printed as many times as you require. If you require a PDF viewer, download the latest version of Adobe Reader free at the link below.
